Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)

CQI is a continuous quality improvement program for health services. The goal of this program is to continuously enhance the quality of healthcare services.
Activities carried out:
- Diagnostic audit of 8 hospitals conducted by the DMHP with support from I-TECH CIV.
- Training in quality management for 209 M1 students and 242 D1 students by the UFR Science Médicale of Abidjan, with technical assistance from I-TECH CIV.
- Training in quality management and revised HIV/AIDS modules for 1029 L3 students by INFAS, with technical assistance from I-TECH CIV.
- Establishment of the Learning Network for Continuous Quality Improvement (RAAQ) in the districts of Port-Bouët-Vridi and Abobo-Ouest.
- Training of 140 healthcare providers in learning sessions.
- 499 site visits conducted to improve PEPFAR MER indicators in the 70 healthcare facilities supported by I-TECH CIV.
- Establishment of an internal audit team for ISO certification of the Treichville Infectious Diseases Service.

I-TECH CIV is a non-governmental organization (NGO) under Ivorian law, established in February 2021. It is affiliated with the American NGO I-TECH.
It is governed by Law No. 60.315 of September 20, 1960, concerning associations. It is registered with the Ministry of the Interior under the number 0161/INT/DGAT/DAG/SDVA dated January 15, 2021.
